1. Data we store

• Account data: name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
• PDF catalog download form: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and city if you fill it in.
• Device data: model, operating system, app version, device identifier and push notification token.
• Usage data: sign-in and sync times, IP address, user agent, searches and screens opened in the app, and products you share.
• Error reports: technical details when the app or the site runs into an error.

2. What we use it for

• Signing in to the app and confirming new accounts.
• Providing the PDF catalog and following up on the product information you ask for.
• Syncing the catalog and sending notifications about products.
• Keeping accounts secure, for example by detecting sign-ins from a new device.
• Fixing errors and understanding which features are used.

3. Third parties

Sign-in codes are sent via WhatsApp. Google sign-in and push notifications use Google services; Apple sign-in uses Apple services. The public pages of this site count visits without cookies. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

4. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. Download form data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Deleting your account from the Account menu in the app permanently removes the account and its personal data at once. Through the account deletion page, the account is disabled immediately and all sessions end, then an admin removes it permanently.
